How are the cards made?

Every Dogdex card is designed and assembled by hand with care and attention to detail. Because they’re handcrafted, each one is slightly unique but all are made to the highest quality standard.

Are Dogdex cards waterproof?

No. These are handmade keepsakes and are not waterproof. We recommend storing them in sleeves or binders to keep them in great condition.

Can I change my order after submitting?

Yes & you have 24 hours after submitting to make any edits or adjustments. Just email us directly with your changes and we’ll update your order before production begins. After that, orders are locked in as part of the surprise experience.

When does my order begin?

Orders begin once payment is received. After you submit, you’ll be sent a Shopify invoice (including any applicable shipping costs) within 24 hours. Payment must be made within 3 days to secure your place in the queue.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final since each card is custom-made. Refunds or replacements are only offered in the rare case of a significant production error.

How long does it take to get my cards?

Since every card is made-to-order, processing takes an average of 5–10 days before shipping. Rush options are available if you need your cards sooner.

Do I need to double-check my info before submitting?

Yes, please! The details you provide go directly onto your Dogdex card. We strongly recommend reviewing everything carefully before sending your submission.

Does Dogdex give back to dogs in need?

Yes! 25% of every sale is donated to local dog rescues and shelters. At checkout, you can choose which partner organization you’d like to support.

What about adoptable foster dogs?

Special Dogdex packs feature adoptable dogs currently in foster care or shelters. Proceeds from these cards go directly to the dog’s shelter to help with their care and adoption journey. This is one of our favorite ways to give back while helping dogs find their forever homes.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canada, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. We’ll continue to review options to expand to more countries in the future.

Do I need to pay import taxes or duties?

International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs fees, or duties charged by their country. Dogdex is not liable for these charges.
