REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

Every DogDex card is custom designed and handmade specifically for your pet. Because of the personalised nature of our products all sales are final as a standard policy. However we are a small business that genuinely cares about our customers and we will always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.


2. No AI. No Shortcuts.

Every card is designed by hand using paid professional design tools. We do not use artificial intelligence to generate card artwork, stats, or personality traits. You are paying for real creative work by a real person. We take that seriously.


3. When We Will Help

We will offer a resolution in the following situations:

  • Your card arrives damaged in transit
  • There is a significant production error on our part
  • Your card does not match the details you submitted through our order form
  • You are extremely dissatisfied with the final product

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@dogdexcards.shop. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it as quickly as possible.


4. What We Can Offer

Depending on the situation we may offer one or more of the following at our discretion:

  • A full reprint of your card at no extra cost
  • A store credit to use on a future order
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund in exceptional circumstances

We will always communicate openly with you about what we can offer and why.


5. What We Cannot Refund

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You change your mind after production has begun
  • Errors in the details you submitted through our order form that we reproduced accurately
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers once your order has been dispatched
  • Digital card orders once the file has been delivered

6. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged please photograph the packaging and the card and contact us at support@dogdexcards.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a reprint or resolution as quickly as possible.


7. Processing Times

Refunds where approved are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method. Store credits are applied immediately.
