Processing Time

Before your order ships it needs to be made. Every card is custom designed and handmade by one person in Vancouver. Standard production time is 5-10 business days. During busy periods this may extend to 2-3 weeks. We will always let you know if there are any delays.


Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and pulled directly from our carrier services in real time. The rates you see at checkout are the actual rates available at the time of your order.

We currently ship to:

  • Canada
  • United States
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

If your country is not listed please contact us at support@dogdexcards.shop and we will do our best to help.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the service selected at checkout. As a general guide:

  • Canada — 3-10 business days after shipping
  • United States — 7-14 business days after shipping
  • Australia & New Zealand — 14-21 business days after shipping

These are estimates only. DogDex Cards is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.


Tracked vs Untracked Shipping

Most standard shipping options are untracked. If tracking is important to you please select a tracked option at checkout where available. Tracked options may carry an additional cost.

DogDex Cards is not responsible for orders lost in transit where an untracked service was selected.


Express Shipping

Need your card in a hurry? Express options may be available depending on your location. Contact us at support@dogdexcards.shop before placing your order and we will do our best to organise something for you.


International Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, or duties charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your shipping cost at checkout.
